  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan.

  • International shipping is not available at this time unless stated otherwise.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before dispatch or the error is on our part.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations.

  • Customers are required to provide accurate shipping and contact details.

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if delivery confirmation fails.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email, where available.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier service.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear images for verification.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
